From one traveler to another

A tilt of the tiny head
a ruffle of brightly colored feathers
no words were needed between us
but we seem to understand
the comfort of finding a fellow traveler
in a foreign land.
Being able to spend some time
with these little fellows
really brightened this stormy, rainy day.

抖抖色彩鮮豔的羽毛
我們不需要言語就能達到共識
因為我們都是在異地的旅行者

即使再要出去面對風風雨雨
能花幾分鐘的時間
和這些小家夥們共處
讓我很開心.
