Sewing with threads
It's hard to imagine that these beautiful pictures
are not made with a paintbrush, but with a sewing machine.
When I saw Miyuki Sakai's sewing illutrations on Decor8
I was completely blown away by her talent and skill.
Looking at her portforlio I was even more amazed
at what she is able to "paint" with her sewing machine.
You can see more of her gorgeous work here.

ReplyDeleteYep, it's amazing what you can make with a little thread
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! I'm in love with all of them. By the way, your blog is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThe food looks absolutely delicious -- and it's amazing how intricate sewing can be! I'd like to start stitching again, but I'm also reminded that I need to start making some tarts: both sweet and savory ones.
